Here are some guidelines to help as you prepare your items for the sale. Click here to see what is acceptable and not acceptable for the sale.

Supplies Needed

HANGERS – in order to protect your clothing items we only accept plastic hangers. Find plastic hangers at Wal-Mart, Target, Dollar Stores. Retail plastic hangers are acceptable too.

STRING TAGS – Avery White Marking Tags Strung (size 1.75 x 1.093 inches) are required on each item to affix our barcode labels to. You can find these at Wal-Mart, office supply stores, the Rhea Lana Store or large quantities may be purchased from Amazon.

You’ll also need re-sealable bags (for shoes, small toys, etc…), masking tape, scotch tape, sharpie, and safety pins. For large quantities of quality safety pins we recommend ordering from Cleaners Supply .

If you would like to print your barcodes at home you’ll need adhesive address labels size 1” X 2 5/8” (30 up). We recommend ordering from Amazon Here. Please note: all labels printed at home MUST be printed in color.

General Consigning Info.
There is a 150 total item limit per Consignor ID.
There is a $14.00 Consignor Fee per Consignor ID.
Bundle items together so that they will equal a value of at least $4.00 as that is our minimum price allowance.

We accept shorts, short sleeve shirts, hoodies, jeans, all Crocs, all sleep sacks, ice skates & roller blades year round.

Please consign ONLY YOUR BEST! We will not accept stained, out of style (older than 5 years) or out of season items.

The better your items look, the better they sell! Please take time to wash and iron your clothes if necessary. Please check for stains, broken zippers or snaps, torn hemlines, missing buttons etc.

Use small plastic hangers for sizes 8 and below. Use larger plastic hangers for sizes 10 and above. No wire or metal hangers, please!

We will be double checking at the store and will not accept any item that is not in excellent condition.

Please group items together so that they will equal a value of at least $4.00 as that is our minimum price allowance.

General Item Limit Info

There is a 25 INFANT HANGER LIMIT per GENDER on all items from size premie(0) through 12 month. Pick your best infant items and bundle them together.

There is a maternity clothing item limit of 10 total hangers.

There is a girls Junior Limit: 25 hangers

Whenever possible, put outfits together! Moms love to buy these!

Toys, Furniture, Equipment

We sell 95% of Toys, Furniture and Baby Equipment!

Toys MUST be clean and in working order with batteries included.

Small parts must be bagged and attached to the main part very securely.

Please write your consignor ID and info the ziploc bag of toys with a Sharpie in case the tag comes off. Please write your consignor ID on a piece of masking tape and affix to all pieces of large toys.

TOYS NOT PACKAGED APPROPRIATELY WILL BE TURNED AWAY.

Toy recall information- Due to the high number of toy recalls during the past year, we will be inspecting toys very carefully. We reserve the right to pull any toy that we think might have been recalled.

Car Seats

Your car seat must have been manufactured within the past five years. It must not be subject to recall or have been in an accident.

All seat covers and straps must be thoroughly cleaned. You will be asked to sign a car seat waiver stating your car seat has all the pieces and is in excellent condition and not more than five years old.

Car seats will be closely inspected for safety reasons.

Furniture Nook

We will be happy to accept baby and children's furniture such as, gliders/rockers, cribs/beds, desks, changing tables, dressers, rocking chairs, toy organizers.

We no longer accept any drop-side cribs, cribs manufactured before December 2010 & crib mattresses due to the latest recall and regulations by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Please NO TV's, electronics, room decor or accessories and nick-knacks!
